Refund & Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

The item must be returned in original packaging
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Important: Livery Care & Warranty Policy
- Unpack Immediately: Upon delivery, please unbox the livery immediately and lay all parts flat. Leaving the vinyl rolled inside the tube for too long can cause warping, wrinkles, or permanent damage.
- Installation Responsibility: We are not responsible for faulty application or errors made during the installation process. The warranty does not cover issues caused by incorrect installation.
- Warranty Scope: Warranty claims apply strictly to manufacturing defects or items that arrive torn, bent, or otherwise damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us.
